Because our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

European Union (EU) Returns
EU customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@spectacularsights.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return except where required by law.
